• Your maker profile and submitted products will be publicly visible

• Your profile URL is permanent and cannot be changed to maintain SEO integrity
• You retain ownership of your content but grant us license to display it

• Premium features require payment as specified on our platform
• All payments are processed securely through third-party providers
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

• FoundersWall and its design are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws
• You retain rights to your submitted content
• You grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform
• You must respect the intellectual property rights of others

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior
• Abuse our platform or other users
• Fail to pay for premium services

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
